DELIVERY & RETURNS

UK DELIVERY

We ship UK orders within 1-2 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class and can usually be expected within 1-3 business days. If you're in a hurry for your items, we would encourage you to upgrade to a First Class or Next Day delivery service. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders will usually be sent with either Royal Mail or UPS on a fully Tracked and Signed for service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 3 - 7 working days and the rest of the world within 4 - 10 working days although some services may be faster.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. 

refunds and returns

We hope that you'll love your new products when they arrive but if something isn't quite right, we will be happy to help. Get in touch by sending an email to hello@seaboundcandleco.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another product of the same price if you are unsatisfied for whatever reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, in perfect condition within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
